Read the signs

Running around town, with so many obligations, jobs, projects, we tend to forget the little signs that are in front of us telling us that your car will be towed at a certain time.

I have parked at the place many times but yesterday was different, as I was riding my bike back to my car from work, I noticed my blue 93 ford festiva was not there. Hmmmm, my baby got towed, and being the Christmas season that sucks. I have to pay for this $160.00 feee to get my car out of there and then pay a parking ticket. On top of all that I have a deadline to turn in my tattoo test form and that is an addition $75 plus a passoport picture. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Oh well percevere, through this and remeber to read the signs

New Season

Know what your worth. It's funny thinking about creating something and putting value to it. Someone once told me that Picasso was having lunch somewhere and was sketching on a piece of napkin, his waiter asked if he can have that piece of napkin. Picasso gave him this ridiculous amount, like $30,000, or something like that. The waiter was like it only took you a couple of seconds to create that, Picasso replies back, " It took me a lifetime to learn how to do that."

Hearing that gives me new value on what I do as an artist. Nobody knows the experience, or places of influence I have gained through my travels. They just see my art. I wonder if I put more value my art, and on myself as and artist. What will the outcome be.

Till next time, for the results

I would like to go surfing

My wife has been having these bad feeling about me leaving or passing away. It's prety freaky, early in the morning my mother calls me to check if I'm ok. Pretty weird, I have been painting this character surfing Kaiser bowls in Waikiki getting chased by a tiger shark. Hopefully that will not be me.
