ninja steezy in Japan 2008
Going though this week, I started to think about who am I trying to impress? Am I doing it for myself, for my peers, or just trying to show off?
When I create on my own strength, only something with a temporary value comes forth. It becomes unsatifying and a waste of time. I've done graffiti for almost 16 years and found that there's more important things I need to do with my time, like take care of my family. Not disrgarding the art, but being almost the ripe age of 30 you have to find other means of expression to survive.
Painting with my peers definetly pushes me and helps me to become a better artist, but what impact does that have on a bigger scale, when you are your own hometown hero.
Show boating is another thing thats comming up this week. Estrias battle is in a couple of days and well see at the end of the week how i'll do. I know that I'm not trying to impress man. But what if my only audience is the almighty Jah. How will I rise to the battle?. I know that my only audience is God.

Breakfast, Lunch , Rotuman Pe'a, and visit from Angry woes
Starting the day with my daily devotions in my downstairs Dungeon at the Eukarezt nest
Running low on the funds, Left over waffles turkey bacon and a Havarti turkey omelet for breaky
Packing everything that's in my kitchen before I head out the door, Banana, Shot bloks for electrolytes, vanilla yogurt raisins, Reeses pieces, and a grilled chicken with turkey bacon and Havarti sandwich for lunch
went to visit Too Gruvz after work. I wish someone would sponsor me so I can paint all day!
I found a old piece I did 1999 @ too gruvz on the wall, this has almost been running for ten years
one of my students Andrew found me looking around the shop
Later that night meet up with a couple of good buddies of mine. Jedidiah sponsored surfer Kanoa Chung rockin his new myna bird steeze
Comming out with a summer look book pretty soon for some gear, and a online store on the site, if you interested hit me up. $20 dollars a shirt
Quick sketches @ Prolifik
Ran into a few familiar faces that day Chief Anuwatu
The Legend Suluape Aisea and Petti getting ready to finish Majiks Pe'a.
This Pe'a hasn't been done for almost 200years. I had a chance to talk to Majik for a little bit. He's been researching this Rotuman style Pe'a for almost 15 years of his life.
The Father of the Legend
The journey is almost finshed for Majik. These guys work super hard in keeping the craft alive.
One of my students Greg Pilimai was practicing his sketches. Check out this portrait of the Pac-man
Check out who came to visit Diverse Art Center. The man himself world renowned local boy from the Aina Aron (Angry Woebot) Martin. Fresh off his trip from Berlin.

Clarity within the confusion
Weekends go by so quick, trying to catch up on some of my sketches before the battle
Late nites w/ chick flics and cup o noodles to end my aloha friday night
It was my wifes B-day this weekend after our dinner with the family decided to go to the Starbucks in Mililani. Ran into Nbizoss, there. I've been avoiding contact or any type of encounter with the crew. Finally got to chop it up and clear the slate.
Early surf session with some cocky guys
Chai tea and more sketches for the battle
My bike got busted this weekend. Chris from K-vibes came to my rescue. for more info checkout there blogspot @ kvibes.blogspot.com. This guys awesome
